I called regarding billing. The agent was very professional explained the change. I also needed them to come back for some wasp issue. She was very quick to add another service call. The tech came today 4/11 very kind took care of all my wasp nest outside. I would recommend 100%

Used these guys for a service 2-3 years ago. Had to call them up again due to roofers damaging the work they had done to prevent squirrels getting into our attic. They respect what we wanted done, even if it was against what they had suggested when they suggested we should have more work done. They listen to the customer and always have a great attitude working with customers. Great pricing compared to other services who tried do more then what we wanted and charging us an arm and a leg. I am very appreciative to this company. Great work.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! As a senior citizen & single woman they have taken advantage of me! They will lie to you, they will cheat you and not care!!! I hired them to take care of the problem with squirrels in my attic, they claimed the squirrels were getting in through my evaporative cooler so they put wire around the coolers base and nailed the wire to my roof with a nail, I mean seriously, for them to create an entry point on my roof for water to flow and damage my roof in the worst possible place, at the base of the evaporative cooler is asinine!!! The 1st time the technician came out he said he would put wire around ALL the vent and pipes, well he lied, he only did the evaporative cooler and the squirrels are still entering the attic. I have had to argue with the technicians on 2 occasions that the squirrel’s entry point is a roof vent and not the evaporative cooler and they continue to refuse to admit they were wrong and deal with resolving the squirrel problem!!! They lied to me when telling me the squirrels couldn’t enter through the vent because they aren’t able to get into an area smaller then a 4″ diameter and the internet AI claims differently; “A squirrel can fit through an opening as small as 1.5 inches in diameter; roughly the size of a golf ball, meaning they can squeeze through surprisingly small spaces and cracks.” I mean seriously, how stupid do these people think I am? And now they have proposed, after paying $575 to have the squirrels taken care of, that I should pay them another $85 to have them trapped. All Berrett’s efforts have been for nothing!!! I still have squirrels in the attic so my money paid to them was a COMPLETE WASTE and loss of my time!!! Additionally, this small device which I purchased from Amazon for $45.88 worked at repelling the squirrels which is the ONLT reason the squirrels have been kept away. Berrett came out again, stomped around my roof as if they think the squirrels would be there 24/7, took photos and now claims that my “Service is complete” so I seriously doubt that I will get a refund or any additional service from them even though the technician said that I could have someone come out and “re-evaluate the situation” which I’m sure this meant I would have to pay more money to get them to take care of the squirrels. Being a senior, I have to be careful with my finances, I received 3 other estimates for the extraction and now that I have wasted my money with Berrett, I do not have the resources to hire a company to get this resolved so I am in a pickle and don’t know what to do!
