These guys did a great job. The install looks fantastic and very professional. They worked quickly but didn’t sacrifice quality. They were thorough and easy to talk to about the work they did. You could tell they take pride in it.
I would have given five stars if it wasn’t for the fact that I had a hard time getting a receipt. After several phone calls and, speaking to a home depot, and best care representative. I was sent an email that sent an invoice that said that I had a balance due. They wouldn’t provide a proper receipt that showed detail billing and a breakdown of the cost of the water heater, parts, labor, or military discounts.
However, Aaron gave me a great assessment of what needed to be done, and the qotes for the service plans. It help me to make an informed decision. The service technician’s Kurtis, and James were very knowledgeable, polite, and professional . I had a same day installment, in which was done in 31minutes. They communicated to me what was being done, and what needed to be done to maintain my unit.They cleaned up, and removed the old heater. They did a fantastic job, and for their service alone. I would recommend . Your receipt process needs work.
Very polite and professional from beginning to end. Aaron came by within just a few hours of my request. He was very professional and honest with his quote. The next morning their technicians james and Colin showed up and were extremely professional and efficient. We had a old water heater than was not up to current code. James and Colin got the new water heater in and up to code in no time. Now it looks and functions 100x better. If you want professional work done quickly you can’t go wrong.
Installer did an excellent job. Very courteous answered all my questions. Cleaned up, removed all box and trashed. Will use your services again.
