Betros was awesome and easy to work with. We had a clogged drain late in the day, Justin and Kennard came out the next morning and took care of the issue. They were very professional, explained what they found, and gave recommendations for how to avoid the issue in the future. Definitely recommend these guys!
Very good work, fast and efficient. I had to pay a one hour minimum which was pretty high, but everything is expensive these days. I appreciated them asking if there was anything else I needed looking at while they were there and only used 1/2 hour to do sink work. They replaced the outside spigot for price of the part.
Betros always does a great job! We use them on our jobs often but we’ve had a few different instances at our personal house in the last couple months & they have been great. Today Justin fixed our hot water heater & was so professional & quick with the repair! Last month we had Willie & Alan come fix a few things, & same can be said about them as well. Each time we’ve used Betros they are so nice, professional, efficient & great at what they do! Great service all around.
Justin was great! We have a shower that hasn’t had good pressure in a year, and he came and fixed it within two hours. He was professional, friendly, and efficient.
Betros restored my faith in working with people this afternoon. I received a number of quotes exceeding my expectation for such a small job. The technician removed the cap, sealed it and after replacing it the crack disappeared. Why aren’t there more honest people out there. Highly recommended and I will call them again because they’re HONEST!!!! We could use more of these kinds of businesses in today’s world.
