Rolando communicated quickly on a Saturday with us to schedule for first thing Monday. In the meantime, we were able to install our water heater ourselves but needed help w a valve and getting the pilot started. He came in the scheduled window, checked our work and showed us how to do the pilot ourselves for the future. He installed the shutoff valve we asked for, all quickly and with good communication up front about costs. I wish it had been less money, but it was similar in price to others and we had an excellent experience! Rolando said he has electricians on staff, too, so we will definitely call Big Smile for both plumbing and electrical in the future!
Rolando was fantastic! Replaced a water heater for us same day. Great work at a fair price and super friendly, professional service! Will definitely call these guys for all our future plumbing work.
