He was very helpful, answered all of my questions. Was very informative. Very clean and quiet! The completed installation, I am very very happy!
One thing he did do for me to install my bidet on the new toilet.
Don Folson was courteous, professional and very respectful in the performance of his work doing demolition. He carefully explained the process of his job and what to expect after completion of mitigation. He was very organized and meticulous ensuring the worksite is cleaned and properly contained after each workday. He answered all my inquiries honestly and made me calm and comfortable along the way since this is my first time encountering water leak and flooding issue in my residence of 21 years. His assistant, Gabriel is a hard charger and very eager to learn his trade. He is very respectful and make a good complement to his mentor Don. Outstanding job to Don and Gabriel for four days of hard work to have the work site ready for restoration for the next team.
Special mention to Francisco Trejo (Project Manager) who is always willing and available to answer all my inquiries and took the time to meet with my AAA Claims adjuster Natalie to discuss the process of demolition and getting her authorization to proceed with work. He is very respectful and professional.
Outstanding job to Raul Miranda who troubleshoot and locate where the leaking pipe was located in a short amount of time and to Armando Rendon for repairing/installing a replacement pipe.
Job well done to the team involved in the first phase of mitigation/restoration of the affected space in my residence. I will definitely recommend Bill Howe company to family and friends needing flooding mitigation/restoration services.

Eliminate gas main after meter from soil and concrete slab. Penetrate into crawlspace.
Run new gas main underhouse approximately 30ft.
Add two branches to connect to BBQ grill and gas line going to garage approximately 20ft
Remove old pipe under house
Pressure test system to check for leaks beyond repairs.
Original gas line under house had fallen into the soil when hangers broke. When? I first noticed in 1994. I finally decided to have the pipes inspected and decided to have questionable integrity of pipes replaced.
Job was expertly completed to my total satisfaction.
Great experience. Ricardo and Billy were prompt, cordial, efficient, clean, and knowledgeable. They installed my new heater/air conditioning unit with ease over a two day period as promised. Now I am warm and cold as I choose! Recommended very highly
Called Bill Howe on a recommendation from my neighbor. Their estimator provided a thorough estimate and explained the work that needed to be down for our outdoor shower. We scheduled the work for a few days later and the plumber did a great job. He explained a small change that needed to be made and went to get the additional parts needed. He returned and finished the job. Professional, polite, and clean. Nice to do business with people who take pride in their work.
