Used them for years, not cheap, but as a business owner myself most times cheap comes with a “but”.
Called their emergency line after hours yesterday when my upstairs ac’s drip line was overflowing into my garage due to a clog and after talking to Luis deemed I would call during reg hours, for cheaper bill, or fix myself. I consider myself handy so thought I “fixed” it with my shop vac. Came home the next day to my garage covered in water. Called emergency line after hours and once again got Luis, he was there in half an hour purged a TON of sludge from the drip line, installed a union so I could do it easier myself in the future, and treated with drop in chem tabs that would help prevent sludge from building which I will be looking into stocking and treating myself. He did all this in 30 minutes…..
You get what you pay for and will never change companies.
P.S. Luis deserves a raise and I need his direct line 🤣
Both Raymond and Calum
(spelling?) did an outstanding job of repairing my kitchen faucet. It is
December 30th, the end of the year, and I’m surprised that anyone is actually working. They came out post haste and did such a great job. My new year will come in pleasantly, without having to shutoff the water valve underneath the sink, of which I am very happy about. Thx guys!
Really nice guys, helpful and won’t charge you for questions in addition to why you called them. They showed me how to unclog my bathroom drains at no charge.
People are nice but service is terrible.
My AC was dripping inside the closet from the coupling where the drain pipe comes out of the unit. It took them 3 trips out to make it stop, apparently a hose was touching the side of the inside panel so condensation was running down the side of the panel and onto the coupling instead of into the pan and out the pipe where it’s supposed to go.
Then I had a gas leak and it took them 3 or trips out to fix it… First guy installed a new shut off valve and pipes, that didn’t fix it. 2nd guy brought a gas leak detector but didn’t know how to use it so I read the instructions and figured it out for him. He wasn’t sure if it was working so i tested it by holding my lighter next to it and releasing butane, since the instructions said it detected propane, natural gas, as well as butane. After that reassuring bit he said my regulator was bad and he’d order a new one.. 3rd guy came out after waiting 4 or 5 days for part to come in and installed the regulator. No more leaks…
But when I went to use the heater a few weeks later, when it got cold, there was an error and it wouldn’t kick on. I thought that was weird because the guy that installed the regulator tested it, but apparently he didn’t actually let it run long enough to ignite. Status light blink code indicated a missing ground. I got down on the ground and looked up behind the regulator. Yep, a green wire just tucked up behind it out of sight, not connected to anything. I had to screw the wire to where i think it belongs to get my heater working at 2am.. Fingers crossed, right??
They were very professional and very efficient. I had a leak from my hot water tank. They came quickly and had it repaired in no time, saving what could have been thousands in damages. Thank you for your promptness! I will use your business for any future needs!
