Absolutely outstanding service from Colton and Boulden Brothers! When my hot water heater started leaking, I was stressed about the situation, but Colton made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. He arrived promptly, was incredibly professional, and installed the new unit with skill and efficiency. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving.
On top of his top-notch expertise, we also bonded over our mutual love of video games, which made the whole experience even better. Absolutely unprofessional. Refused to maintain my AC system. Just because I installed it myself.
They sent me card on mail with offer. And refused to fulfill this offer. They said it was not professionally installed but failed to point what was not professional. I do not recommend them.
They do not care about costumers but only themselves and money… or maybe simply they do not know what they are doing.
Update… the technician did not know what he was doing. He said the outdoor unit was not working. That is why he refused service. The outdoor unit will not work if you have indoor set on fan only… he is an idiot.
Who is NOT professional now…🤣🤣🤣🤣

None of the “several issues” were explained to me. I see only one issue. Your “professional” does not know how to turn AC from FAN to COOLING.
And yes I will find reputable company (obviously it is not yours) who know what they are doing.
Again, I do not recommend your company to others because of lack of customer service and attention to details.
We woke up to a strange smell in our house. Found out it was one of our outlets caught fire because of a charging cord. My husband cut the power to the outlet and the orange glow went away, but the evidence was there, the outlet blackened, the charging cord box melted the wall black. I got in a chat immediately with Zach for Boulden Bros he had Charlotte call me to make an appointment for Daeron the tech to come out.
Daeron explained everything to us in lamen terms. Very informative, friendly, knowledgeable, and our doggy loved him. He went above and beyond and helped me purchase power strips safe for turtle tank and power chair.
Eric and his two associates were polite and prompt. They cleaned up after and answered any questions I had. Great job.
We had a Daikin hvac system installed today. The Boulden Bros team is very professional and thorough, from the sales process all the way through the install. We added a UV light as well as a Reme Halo air purifier. We couldn’t be happier.
