Brenda, the call center representative was a delight. She took my information quickly, efficiently, and kindly. Then Simon called, introduced himself, told me when he would be arriving. He was exceptionally polite and a great communicator. He gave me clear and easy to understand options with complete payment details. Super impressed with Bud Anderson’s service. Everything was taken care of within hours. Some of the best customer service we have ever received, period.

Bud Anderson Service tram were quick, informative and really took the time to diagnose our issue. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Once we found the issue, they were out the very next morning. Thank you do much and I would recommend this company for household and basic commercial building needs.

Caleb came by around 4/1 and said some work needed to be done to improve the drainage for my heater. I can’t remember if he came by for a monthly inspection or if I called Bud Anderson with a problem with my heater. I think it was the latter. He also said I would likely need a new furnace soon. He said he could do that work on the drainage that same day. Later, he said he couldn’t do it as he didn’t have the part he thought he had. He and I agreed he would come by at 8:00 the next morning. He never showed up. We called Bud Anderson to see what was going on, and he would come by later that day around 5:00. He said their dispatcher had to go to the hospital and it had been a hectic day. I left to take my daughter somewhere. When I returned, my wife said he wasn’t able to do the job this time either as he again said he didn’t have a part he thought he had. He said he would contact us the next day to set up an appointment. He didn’t. My wife had to call Bud Anderson to step up an appointment for that next Thursday. He also left the crawl space door wide open–or perhaps he left it cracked and it later blew wide open. A couple of days later and before that Thursday appointment, my heater stopped working. Jason came by and said the heat exchanger wasn’t working, it was leaking acidic water and there was a real danger of a carbon monoxide leak. He recommended I not use it until the furnace could be replaced. He and another man came by the next day and installed the furnace. Both did a fine job and were very professional. My apologies for not remembering the other man’s name. I do remember he was Hispanic and very nice. I asked one of the men if I needed to call to cancel the appointment for the work that Caleb said needed to be done a couple of days later. The man said no that he would do it for me. I got a call from Bud Anderson the next day confirming the Thursday appointment so this action was never taken. Also the next day, I got a call from a Curtis saying he needed to come by to inspect the new heater to make sure it was in compliance. No one told me Curtis would be calling me or that further action was needed regarding our new furnace. I called Bud Anderson to make sure he did in fact work for them and the dispatcher told me that he did. I told the dispatcher to call my wife’s phone number to set up the appointment for Curtis as I would be out of town. I provided my wife’s number, and they agreed to call her. No one ever called my wife. Instead, she got a text from Bud Anderson saying Curtis will be there tomorrow. My wife was never asked if this was a good time and she never set up any appointment. She told the person on the phone that she will not be there tomorrow, but Curtis could come by. Today on 4/19 I noticed I had a voice mail on 4/14 Bud Anderson trying to set up an appointment for Curtis to come by. It appears Bud Anderson called me to set up this appointment and not my wife as we had agreed they would do. My biggest concern from all of this is how those other techs who came by my house for those monthy inspections and for other repair requests managed to miss a problem so severe as a probable carbon monoxide leak. It makes me wonder what it is I’m paying for when I pay those monthly payments.

We had service today with representative Will. I can’t say any more nice things about our service call. Will was exceptionally pleasant, professional, and spent time explaining every thing to us very clearly. I highly recommend Bud Anderson and the technician Will !
