Wow! I haven’t experienced customer service this good in a very long time. From the first contact over the phone to a follow-up carpet care text after leaving, every interaction was friendly and professional. They were able to fit me in on short notice and did an excellent job on my carpets. They’ve just earned a long-term customer! Well done!
The technicians (Emilio and Cesar) that came in to clean the carpet where very professional, polite, and punctual. They explained the process for the pet stain and odor removal. Pricing was reasonable for the amazing work that was done. I will definitely be calling the company again in the future for other rooms in the house.
Great experience and Emilio was informative and very knowledgeable about the cleaning services. I like how nice and soft spoken they were and came into my house very gentle. They weren’t loud as I thought since it was my first time experiencing carpet cleaning. They were excellent!

California Carpet Cleaning was an extremely professional company to work with. Their communication was very prompt, and I was able to schedule everything via their website. The day of the cleaning a received a phone call when they were on their way (which was during the window of time they said). The quality of their work was top notch. My carpets looks like new and feel like new. The staff took the time to make sure my house was well taken care up during the cleaning. I would highly recommend California Carpet Cleaning and will have them back out to have to tile and grout cleaned along with any future carpet cleaning.
