Can-Do has always been very professional, gone above and beyond with customer service, and even if the tech who is out doesn’t have the answer, they will call someone who does. I’ve been very pleased with them since switching from using Oasis. Even their scheduling and service calls are quick. They have advised me on things that are real concerns and not just BS that they are trying to sell. If you are dissatisfied with your current company, looking to get someone out sooner, or even looking for better pricing, I would recommend them for sure. I forgot my first techs name who came out to service my system in the winter but he was great! The tech that came to service for summer, Blake, was awesome as well! Put up with my three year old asking him a million questions while still doing his job efficiently and was very informative and knowledgeable. Thanks Can-Do!
We had a great experience with Can Do plumbing company when they installed our new tankless water heater. Anthony and Kai were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. They completed the job well ahead of the estimated time frame, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything was done cleanly and with great attention to detail. We were very pleased with both the service and the final result. Highly recommend
During his visit, Brian took detailed photos of our current unit and showed me how bad it was after having not been serviced and likely over five years. He was able to inform me that my unit was 21 years old and gave me wonderful payment options for a brand new unit. Unfortunately, at this time I’m not able to afford a brand new unit. Brian was able to find the motherboard that was needed for the current unit that I have and had it fixed by 12:30 on the same day. He went out of his way to help our small family and ensure that we’re able to keep our little daughter warm.
The technician Josh was very knowledgeable and knew right away how to fix my AC issue. He even recommended some fixes that should’ve been done when my system was first installed. Price was a bit of a hit to my wallet but I mostly blame the other company that installed my system, who did a half ass job. Josh did his thing and in a short amount of time got my AC running nicely. All fixed just in time for the upcoming warm temperatures.
We needed new drainage pipes for our women’s bathroom at the Fairfax Grange. The building is 80 years old and fragile. Marcos came out and assessed the problem and told us exactly what we needed and how much it would cost.
We’re scheduled a time, the work was done efficiently. I liked that Marcos and his helper Derek, answered all my questions. They also stayed until all the joints were dry and tested the entire system.
Phillip, the scheduler, texted me every time someone was on their way. The estimator was fantastic as well. He set the price and I thought it was very reasonable. If I have home plumbing issues, these are the guys I’m going to call.
