Carlton Roofing did an outstanding job on our new roof. We got a group of our neighbors together and after several proposals decided to go with Carlton. Every step of the way was easy and they guided us through the process from deposit to permits to demo and install. Had one small problem after they were done and they were back here in one day to rectify…Great service and I’d recommend them highly…Roof looks great
I found Carlton Roofing after being contacted by several “roofing” contractors, some of which did not disclose they subcontract the work to other companies. Carlton Roofing did not sell my contract to anyone, Carlton Roofing did the installation, assumed responsibility for the work and they were efficient not only with the actual installation but also administratively – the process was smooth and there was no stress.
The result is the new roof I needed and hoped for and zero aggravation – imagine that!

We just had our new metal roof installed by Carlton Roofing and the work was impressive! I have watched other roofers work around my neighborhood and by far Carlton Roofing has exceeded all our expectations. The team came in like an army and in a few hours had the old roof stripped and were ready to install the underlayment. Our roof passed all inspections without a hitch. The office personnel (Felicia and Suzanne) were equally gracious in our dealings with them. Thank you all for a wonderful experience and a beautiful new roof!

ME! That’s who- Because I chose CARLTON ROOFING after interview several other roofing contractors. Carton and his staff answered EVERY question my husband and I had quickly and thoroughly. When the different crews were there, they were in and out quickly and neatly. From tear off to passed final inspection, including a rain day was 19 days! So very happy with the office staff, Carlton, and his crew. It very clear that Carlton, Ann and Felicia LOVE what they do.
