Doug, the tech who came out to replace a bathroom faucet, was great. He did a great job. BE AWARE, however, this company uses SURGE PRICING. Yes, a HVAC & Plumbing business. We were charged about 3 times what it should have cost. NOT a great way to garner repeat business. Unhappy.
SHOUT OUT to service techs Justin and Stacy for their expertise, professionalism and timeliness in doing a great job! You guys are the BEST! Couldn’t ask for more friendly and personable guys to come into your home to do this job! My AC went out and I called Clark’s to take a look. Benjamin came out first, and carefully conducted diagnostics and reached a conclusion that meant I would be needing to replace the unit. He explained as he went and showed me everything to my satisfaction. Scott then came out to take a look at various specs to determine the best unit for my needs. We had a great conversation, he’s a good man! And then my great service team came and did the installation yesterday. They’ll be back today for a quality check to make sure all is working properly. It is!! Apparently my AC has not been up to par for so long, I forgot what good AC felt like! It’s cold! I could not be happier with this whole process… except for having to buy a new unit!! No one likes to do that! But if you need anything associated with your AC/heating/plumbing – CALL CLARK!! You will be in great hands! They know their stuff and they are good folks!
Doug was very personable and knowledgeable. He was punctual and did his replacement and install of our toilet in a very timely manner. We have been club members of Clark’s for years. They assist us for our home as well as a rental property. We have learned the hard way. You get what you pay for. I highly recommend them for the experience and knowledge for what you need done. Put your trust in Clark’s. You can’t go wrong.
Benjamin Sumner did a fantastic job in cleaning our AC unit before the summer hit us. He did a lot of things above and beyond what other companies have done for our unit. I’ve had rental properties in two different states and I have worked with a lot of AC companies but nobody had a technician as detailed as Benjamin. And I had a lot of questions on why he was doing and checking things that other companies didn’t do. When he answered all my questions I realized why Clarks is the company I need to call for all my future service. Thank you Benjamin. The person that hired and trained Benjamin deserves a pat on the back.
I had a young man named Ben come out to my house and service my AC unit for spring startup. He performed the inspection in a very thorough and professional manner. I felt very secure after Ben performed my spring tuneup. He described to me in pictures of of what he diagnosed with my unit. He also gave me some good advice on a modification that I could add to my AC unit for better performance. I would like to thank Clarke Heating and Air for having such an outstanding and knowledgeable employee!
