Everything you would want in a carpet cleaning service. They arrive on time, are friendly and courteous, reasonably priced, and do a great job. My carpets look fabulous! I am a repeat customer because they are dependably great! I have some particular cleaning issues because of my household, and they listen carefully and address those issues. 100% recommend.
I highly recommend Ronnie Brown and son, Austin owners of Clean Zone. When I contacted Ronnie about cleaning 2 fairly dirty area rugs, a recliner, and the tile and grout in our breakfast room and kitchen, we quickly scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. On the day of the appointment, Ronnie and Austin arrived on time and immediately got to work. One of my area rugs is a light cream/white color with gray swirls throughout. It had been more than 2 years since the two rugs had been cleaned. The very light colored one was so dirty it looked more brownish/gray than cream/white. When Ronnie was finished with the light colored one, it was truly light colored once more—it looked almost new. The second much larger area rug had a wine spill in it; when they were finished with it, the wine stain was gone and it too looked almost new. A food stain on the recliner—gone!
The grout in my breakfast room and kitchen had become almost black over the last 3 years. After Austin treated and cleaned the tile and grout, the floors looked new again.
I would like to mention that the charges for all of this work was very fair.
Needless to say I am very pleased with the work performed by Clean Zone and will most certainly use them again. To guarantee that i don’t forget to schedule future cleanings, I asked if Ronnie could put us into their system to receive a reminder to schedule cleanings again.
I don’t believe you will regret calling Ronnie at Clean Zone for all of your area rug cleanings, furniture cleanings, and tile/grout cleanings. He is a true Master.
Had a great experience with Ronnie at Clean Zone. With a new puppy, we needed two area rugs cleaned. Ronnie was on time and did a great job on my rugs. I will be using Clean Zone again!
I scheduled a carpet cleaning with this company and I set at the house from 9 AM until 3 PM and no one called me but when I called back to reschedule, they stated that they were outside of my home and it was a blank trip so they cannot reschedule Do Not schedule with this company because they will lie And not show up. I know for a fact that they did not show up because he was already running on a tight schedule, and instead of being honest with the customer, they choose to lie.
Ronnie and his staff clean our carpets and couch regularly. His equipment is top notch and there is an obvious difference in the quality of clean from his equipment to others. Ronnie truly loves what he does and it shows in his dedication. The team is always professional, timely, and a pleasure to work with. Their prices are also excellent.
