I highly recommend this outfit. The management and crew were exceptional from start to finish. Quality communication and seamless removal and concrete tile replacement of residential roof. Carsten and Maddox kept me up to date with no problems or delays. Their crew is their crew, not day labor, a well orchestrated team tidy and efficient and I totally impressed with the whole operation. Go get Coastal Roofing you won’t be sorry!
We recently used Coastal Roofing for a complete tile roof replacement. Our roof looks great. We were very satisfied with their workmanship, they protected the surroundings of our home and cleaned up well at the end of the day. The roof was completed efficiently and in a timely manner. The whole process was smooth from the beginning and throughout. I would have given them a 5 star review, BUT BEWARE of the add-ons of “unforeseen conditions”. Their prices were somewhat egregious. Our tile roof was 25 years old but in decent condition, and we never had any leaks, so I was just surprised it was necessary to change that much fascia and flashing. It adds up considering how much they charge, so in the end you’re spending thousands more than what was originally quoted. When I compared these same additional items to two other companies I received quotes from, Coastal Roofing charged about 2-3 times more per foot.
