We had Jayden with Coconut Cleaning out yesterday and our carpets look excellent! He did a great job at explaining everything and giving us an accurate price. They have top of the line equipment and are very professional. Stains that have previously been gone over by other cleaning companies, and not removed, are now gone. We will definitely be using them again when we need another cleaning.
Really appreciate Coconut Cleanings approach to sales. Information provided, kind, respectful and easy to book with. Little did I know they clean just about every surface of your home. I signed up for the Coconut Club too! They come out every 3 months and provide a large discount on that loyalty!
OK, I guess it’s been a while since I had my carpet cleaned. Matt, who came, was hard-working, energetic, and so grateful to have my business. I am blessed that he was chosen to come help me. He let me know when he was coming, and unfortunately left when I was in the other room tidying up. I did have to call them back to make sure that he was tipped for a job. Well done. I really appreciated him! He was extremely professional, and I never saw anyone put corner guards so the hoses would not hit the walls or paint.

I can’t recommend Coconut enough – first thing I noticed was how AMAZING the house started smelling when they began working (like tropical sunscreen that reminds you of vacation). They were done faster than expected and the difference was night and day – the house feels brand new, fresh, and so much cleaner! Makes me want to get this done quarterly now.
The company representative, Jackson, was 5-star! So friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He brought the amazing service to the next level and made this a company you definitely want to work with again.
Could not recommend Jackson, the company, and the cleaning enough! 5-star from start to finish!
Satisfied overall, felt some areas could have been done better. Hopefully a 2nd cleaning will get the remaining areas better.
We had Matthew come out for another set of cleaning, and he has corrected some of the missed spots from last time. I recommend him for the best results.
