It’s Sunday after hours, Joann reached out to me and helped me schedule an appointment for Monday morning between 8-10 a.m.
Joel showed up at 8 a.m. sharp. I told him the situation and the exact location of the pinhole leak. He explained what he plans to do and provided an estimate to repair/replace a pinhole leak in our copper pipe. The price was more than I expected but with business overhead it seems reasonable. Joel politely and patiently answered any questions I had. He was quick, efficient and clean. His work is clean and precise. Great service. Thank you so much Joel!
Had a great experience using Courtesy Plumbing for a toilet that was leaking at the base. Their quote for the repair was very reasonable and their plumber Sig was on time, friendly, and very efficient. Highly recommend. Won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
I had Courtesy Plumbing install a whole house water filter. The installation was more complicated than envisioned due a lack of a bypass valve on the tank head, but Sami and Joel did a great job adding a bypass to our copper lines and got the filter installed without issue. The installation was clean and they left the work area tidy. They were friendly and helpful…I would definitely have them / Courtesy Plumbing back out again for future plumbing needs.
