Critter Control does lousy work. Ever since my initial payment and visit they have been terrible on follow ups. We still have an ongoing problem with small mice in our attic since the guy they send out never goes in the attic to check things out. They go on the roof and check for possible entry points for the mice. They just tell me they found a small spot and they patched it up? I have no idea what they did. They make me feel like I am inconveniencing them. It just seems like a SCAM and they just tell the consumers what they want to hear.
When they first came out for the quote, they were in the attic checking things out and up on the roof checking things out. Since that initial visit we still have had small mice in our attic and they don’t fix the problem. I felt that they were a good company, they ARE NOT a good company! Avoid them at all costs. They are unreliable and there work stinks. They were scheduled to come out today (Monday 3/24/2025) at 11am to check out my roof for mice entryways but they didn’t show up and didn’t have the courtesy to call to tell me there was a problem. Just ridiculous! Very disappointing to say the least. They need new employees who care about their clients not the current clowns!
From the first visit by Ryan throughout all phases to completion, the project was handled in a friendly and professional manner. Scheduled appointments were kept and on time. Any calls were responded to promptly. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Ryan inspected my attic and roof . This is my second time using this company..very satisfied both times. Ryan was great and explained why I was hearing taps in my attic. Everything that they did the first time in 12/23 was still in place and no sign of squirrels. Thank you Ryan.
I have not used Critter Control, but I was in Home Depot in Altamonte Springs this morning and two young men that works for this company started joking around as I was standing next to them and we started talking and laughing. My arm was in a sling because of shoulder replacement and they got serious and asked if they could pray over my shoulder. We held hands and they said the most beautiful prayer for my shoulder to heal. I was so impressed with them and I will never forget their kindness. This company is lucky to have these two guys working for them!
