We had an urgent septic issue arise, Mary in the office got us help right away and was very understanding of our needs. Joe showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He made sure I knew what was going and explained everything he was doing in detail. They also make sure you’re set up for future success.
We have been having some drainage problems with our kitchen sink a few days ago. Lucas and Scott did a great job together. working efficiently and eager to find the problem, both were kept busy the whole time no BS! We are really happy with the work done and with the quality of their service. Definitely would recommend Curtis plumbing!
We had such a hard time finding a septic company due to our tank being under our home. After a week without plumbing I called Curtis plumbing who almost seemed eager to help! Everyone else turned us away but Joe came out this morning and was so kind and professional! Everything works like new again! Thank you Curtis plumbing and Joe for wonderful service!

Called at 6pm for a pipe burst. 0 call back from the plumber who was supposedly dispatched. Called back at 9 and answering lady said she would forward my number to the dispatch but yet no answer or word from the plumber or dispatch. Do not use for emergency plumbing
True, I had to wait a long time for them to get here (hence the -1 star), but once they did Jake was fantastic. Explained everything, fixed everything and was super cool about it. Would definitely recommend him.
