Mike O’Brien and his team at Custom Exteriors are great. Professional, kind, and thorough. Mike was very patient with us, and especially with our insurance company and claim case worker. Mike also made sure that we received the best possible outcome for our claim, and provided in depth explanation of the process throughout the entire process. Mike and Chris gave us a very detailed quote and outline of our roof replacement. We had an 8,000 sq ft warehouse with a 20 year old metal roof in need of total replacement. They handled all the details, helped us prep paperwork for insurance, and provided a timeline. They always replied to questions within one business day and gave us guidance that was invaluable. Their crew was incredibly respectful and quiet. Best experience I’ve ever had with a roofer.
Custom Exteriors provided exceptional professional service in the restoration of our home after the severe hailstorm in July 2024. We had to replace the roof, skylight, siding, gutters and downspouts, front door, and window screens. Ryan May managed the contract and helped us demonstrate the degree of the damage to the insurance company. John Richards managed the project and sub-contractors so the work was completed well and on-time. Punch list items were quickly resolved.
