From sales rep (Steve), to on site foreman/mini split expert (Frederico), and his assistants (Ed, Luke and Vince), everything went well for demolition of old ducted central air to new ductless mini split (inverter heat pump) system. We didn’t even have to move furniture. Parts dept (Richard) worked with us for special brackets and the billing ladies were helpful and efficient. Custom Mechanical rep found a lot of Delaware energy efficient HVAC rebates for us too!
Brandon did a good job! Called ahead before arriving, was on time, on the early side of the service window. Was pleasant and professional, found a slight electrical issue, but resolved it by resetting our circuit breaker. Explained everything. Happy with him. Thanks
Steve Wanner made the difference in our decision to select Custome Mechanical to purchase and install our Mitsubishi heat pump for our pole barn. He listened to what we needed and asked questions we did not think of so we would get the right solution. The quote was very competitive and installation timing met our schedule. He even stopped by during installation to make sure everything was going as planned. Great experience.
