Found out we had a leak near the meter which was making all the dirt mud around it, had a couple of quotes from other companies before calling Custom Plumbing out for a quote. Cameron arrived, was very knowledgeable and helpful, was able to price match to a competitor. We decided to move forward with them and am very happy. Cameron was out this morning, arriving a little early which is always nice, did all the work and was done in about 4 hours. Excellent work and would highly recommend.

I needed help asap with 2 backed up toilets…..I was given an appointment right away and was effectively communicated with throughput the whole process….competent evaluation was done and sewer issues were immediately addressed properly and I was able to get on with life and feel confident with this company and their team members. Important to mention, the costs were reasonable and never felt like i was being taken advantage of……this is a stellar company and highly recommended! Roman came to the rescue and was excellent. He was very professional and he was very thorough in explaining what was going on with my plumbing and he stayed till the job was complete. If we ever run into any issues again we will definitely call this company again and ask that he specifically come back!
