During a home inspection a root ball was discovered in our sewer line. Having a deadline to meet for closing I contacted Cut Rate and was able to get a tech out the next day. After we had a better idea of the repair Luke came out and gave a quote, then started the repair. I had a 2 week window to get the job done and they had it completed within 4 days of my initial phone call. Everyone that I interacted with at Cut Rate was incredible. Fantastic service and quickly got my problem solved, Thank you!!!

Excellent and honest company! They had my main line cleaned within an hour after another company had tried to charge me 30k for a whole new line. I will definitely use Cut Rate in the future and will recommend them to anyone who needs drain service.
I just had them out here to take care of a bad clog. Another company was trying to tell me I needed a new clean out and trying to sell me a 5 thousand dollar job… Dan came here and within 30 minutes was able to find out the problem was roots growing in my yard into my pipe and able to do a better clean out than the other company could in 2 hours THE BEST OUT THERE ask for Dan he will take care of you!
Dan with Cut Rate Sewer and Drain stopped by today and cleared our clog right out within an hour of arrival. He was very professional and made sure the drain was clean from end to end before giving up and leaving.
Yesterday, the landlord sent out Mr. Rooter as they were the only company he could get to come out on a Sunday last minute. While it was awesome for them to respond, they couldn’t fix the issue. Their associate spent a few hours trying to unclog our drain and was unsuccessful.
