With his professionalism, our heater was replace in a very efficiently, effectively and timely matter.
Mr. Cailone politely, patiently explained and guided us with most of the details, knowledge and future maintenance.
After the service, he promptly replied to our inquiries. We appreciated his quality service.
Robert is GREAT, I own a restaurant in Tustin and most of the drains were full And overflowing, They had to shut down The Restaurant and it was on Sunday, which is busy busy.
He showed up Within 40 minutes of my call, He is very knowledgeable And he pointed the problem right away he opened two of the Drains he had to snake them many many times to get them to open.
We were open and running within an hour and a half of my phone call. Thank you Robert .
