DeLo Roofing And Construction

To provide some background to this review, in late June of 2023 I hired another “highly reviewed” roofing company to repair a leak that was occurring in my guest bathroom. $4000 and warranty past date, same area was leaking worse than ever (see photo). Called company and they would be glad to repair for an additional fee. Fed up with the situation, I decided to replace my tile roof with metal and called three roofing companies for estimates. Luckily, one of the companies I called was DeLo roofing. The company’s rep, Marty arrived to assessed the situation and provide roof replacement estimate. He told me he would be very happy to sell me a new metal roof but said my tile roof had my years of life remaining and suggested they bring in their repair specialist first to provide his opinion. He discovered rotted, water damage ceiling joists and additional supporting wood as well as the origin of the leak. Marty stated he felt very confident that replacing the damaged wood and repair of the roof at the leak would correct the problem and save me 10’s of thousands of dollars. The damage and the leak repair was accomplished and no leaking has occurred even after several hard rains. I was so happy with the results that I had them add a solar roof vent with the same excellent result. In short, DeLo Roofing, Marty, and their team provide honest, high quality service with integrity with high ethical standards being their mantra. I highly recommend DeLo Roofing for any of your roofing needs. You will not be dissatisfied.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I started the project wondering how badly I would get screwed on this one, as I seem to attract the worst of the worse in contractors. Delo Roofing proved me wrong. They offered a fair price (not the cheapest and not the most expensive), but more importantly, I was given a timeline as to when to expect things to get done, and everything was completed when they said it would. The entire process took 3.5 weeks from the day I signed the contract, until the gutters were installed. which is much faster than I had anticipated. I asked more questions than I had a right to ask. Marty Ries was VERY patient and kind. He answered each question without any hesitation and was always VERY quick to return my phone calls. I cannot say enough positive things about Marty and Delo Roofing. The new roof looks fantastic. I have received many compliments on it and have passed on Marty’s information on to some friends. You cannot go wrong with using Delo Roofing for all your roofing needs.

Mark, Marty and the Crew are wonderful. I had no worries about my roof. They did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them. They have done other projects for me as well and everything is top notch. They make sure you are happy with their work.
