Jamaris and Roy are a great partner team. Roy called this morning and ensured me that Jamaris was headed to my home to turn the water on after the tile guy had sealed my shower and had not turned the water on prior to installing the tile. Jamaris arrived pronto, brought his tools in, assessed the situation, and voila. He found a way to get into the walls without tearing the walls apart. Roy and Jamaris are the best. I am very happy with their attention to details and goals to please the customer. From now on, Dixie Electric, Plumbung, and Air Conditioning will be the company that I choose to service my home.
Roy and Jamaris were top professionals from the time of the call until the end of the in-person visit. They exhibited excellent communications about each aspect of the plumbing job. They worked as a team while drilling, digging, and removing debris, and replacing the p-trap. All in all, they were the best.
I recently experienced some issues with my AC, and I’m grateful that Kyle came out to assist me. He was incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained each step he was taking in great detail. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism he displayed and the informative nature of his service. This was, without a doubt, some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. We called to have them come out and fix a leak from a PVC pipe that connects the water pump to on my elderly parents home. Joe Winstat came out.
Apparently, my husband had not wrapped one pipe correctly with teflon. He couldn’t come home from work and my parents couldn’t continue to be without water.
Joe arrived and began to work. He charged over $140. It took him 20 minutes of time to do it, but had to wait around for the stuff to dry/seal before turning the water on. It seemed fine so he left.
Within an hour it was leaking in another spot next to the elbow he had fixed. We called and he came back within a few hours. This time he wanted to charge $600. We said no thank you. We won’t be using them again.
Great and friendly technicians! I have had a difficult plumbing issue that has required a few visits, but the techs are friendly and capable. Prices are reasonable, too! I have also had electrical work done by this company, and the electricians were just as friendly and capable as the plumbers. I strongly recommend this company!
My experience with Dixie has always been great. Dustin Jones was excellent. He came right out . Did not charge full price for after hours service after seeing I needed a part. Came back Monday before I got off work my heater was back working. He was very passionate and considerate of my heater going out , not to mention polite. Thank you very much
