I was able to get help in less than 24 hours. Pretty pricey but it was well worth it to me. Craig came out, did the assessment and explained everything to me in a way that was very easy to understand. He was quick, kind and I would highly recommend him!
Service tech Zach Richard with Dixie Electric went above and beyond in fixing our plumbing issue. Very polite and knowledgeable. I will be calling Dixie again for all my electrical, plumbing and A/C needs. Also they came in under cost than 2 other plumber in the area.
GREAT JOB GUYS!!
I really appreciate that Dixie is so easy to get in contact with and very prompt with their appointments and communication! I also appreciate that Dixie has a lot of different service areas within their organization so that they can take care of various parts of the home. Ben came out today and was very kind, thorough, and detailed in his explanations … looking forward to working with him! Thank you!
Long term customer here! We’ve been with Dixie for almost 4 years now. We pay every month for a membership, which we valued… until now. Last year we moved into our new home, it’s a 6 year old home with almost new appliances and hvac. Last year we had issues with the ac. We called Dixie almost every other week like clockwork… due to our ac just stopping in 100 weather (with a newborn). Everytime they said I needed a new part that they had to order and it was on back order… and they would “put a bandaid” on it. 5 months of this and I finally call to talk to a manger, I’m tired, hot, and sleep deprived (because of the new baby). I finally hear “oh we always have that part in their trucks” and we will have it done asap. They finally fix the issue, I guess, because it’s winter and I don’t need the ac. So we plan ahead for next summer. Well it’s spring and I wanted to get someone out here to look at it to make sure it’s all good for this upcoming summer. Dude gets here and starts his report when half way through another guy comes up and tells the first guy to leave, and just straight up tries to sell me a WHOLE NEW unit for $13k. “But 10 years of payments and it’s only $150/month” (which is 18k…btw) Like someone in this economy has that kind of cash… well I got a second opinion and they said there is nothing wrong, except they added too much freon to my ac when they were “just looking” at it!
So bottom line, they are scammers. Please watch them while they are working so they don’t mess up your stuff and sell you something ridiculous.
So a day later, I get a call saying I need to hurry up and take the deal because the price will go up 30% if I don’t, and he would sweeten the deal and lower it to 11k with no filters if I take it right now. Super pushy and rude.
The new manager is out of line, and I will never call them to come to my home again.
I recently had CJ Arnold from Dixie plumbing and electrical come out to inspect my ceiling fan, and he provided outstanding service. He quickly diagnosed the issue and informed me that the motor was beyond repair. On top of that, he went above and beyond by performing a complimentary inspection of my circuit breaker, ensuring everything was in good shape. CJ was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate his honesty and attention to detail. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of electrical services.
