Had a great experience with Dr Fix-It! Allen on the HVAC team was available last minute to diagnose an issue with my furnace. Not only did he fix the problem quickly, but he also gave me some tips if it happens again. You can tell that they’re an honest company doing good work. Highly recommend!
These guys seriously saved my life on a cold day in Denver, when my heat went out. I was able to get an appointment right away. Allen and Bryan arrived promptly and basically knew the problem just from my description. They spent some time figuring it all out exactly and making a plan on what to do. As it turns out, I needed my furnace replaced. 🤦🏽♀️ They hooked me up with some financing and were able to get the replacement scheduled for the same day. Which I was very appreciative of. 🥶 So, Vinnie and Julian arrived that afternoon and efficiently switched out the furnace and all the other stuff that I have no idea about, 5 inch pipes and whatnot! 😂 They were knowledgeable about everything and explained everything to me/answered my questions without being condescending. Everyone I interacted with was great, down-to-Earth and friendly. Julian also informed me of another issue that he wasn’t even there for! Old houses are a gift and a curse! 🫠 The service was great, the work was efficient and high-quality. I would definitely use them again in the future. Also, tomorrow is International Women’s Day, and I’m pretty sure a woman owns and operates the company, 💪🏾 so that’s pretty bad ass.

(The technician) arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with our furnace, and had it up and running in no time. Allen H. explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and left the area clean after finishing the job. I truly appreciate his honesty and efficiency—highly recommend Allen H. for any heating service needs!
