DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOUSE. Already I was not pleased with the service we had with Doug Hambel’s plumbing because there was no communication at all. He didn’t tell us what was wrong and he didn’t ask our permission to replace the broken garbage disposal or give us a cost estimate. But whatever, it got fixed. It turns out he invaded our family’s privacy while he was here in a pretty substantial way! If you want someone trustworthy to be invited into your home, go with someone else!
This was the first time I used Doug Hambel’s Plumbing and I was very pleased with the experience. I specifically want to mention Mike and his excellent work. I had an old pipe that was leaking in the kitchen wall and he diagnosed the problem immediately and gave me an estimate for the repair which was very reasonable. He, and his assistant Morgan, did a great job. Also, the office staff was a pleasure to work with.
I recently had a great experience with Doug Hambel’s Plumbing that started with a neighbor’s recommendation. I had to replace a 20 year old water heater and was quoted a fair price over the phone. While the plumber was onsite he also helped repair a few issues with my outdoor faucets. The work was top notch with no drama!
Doug Hambel’s Plumbing has provided me (and friends and family) the most amazing service over the last 24 years! Mike has been exceptional at locating issues and doing the repair in the most efficient and professional manner. I am deeply appreciative for his knowledge skills and always taking time to explain what he’s doing and why. Everyone at the office also goes out of their way to accommodate my needs for scheduling. Thank you to all of you! I highly recommend this company who go the extra mile to provide excellent service!
The guy they sent out called Child Protective services on us. We have two severely autistic children. This is the third time someone has done this to us. We are tired of people harassing us for our situation. We are paranoid about calling for any repairs or for anyone to come into our home because of this.
If you don’t have personal experience with severely autistic children, you have no idea what you are talking about. Instead you decided to cause us much heartbreak and distress.
