Angel did an amazing job installing the new toilet for the master bathroom.
He arrived with good kind energy and a professional demeanor. He even greeted the family dog. He was very careful and respectful in my home: putting on shoe covers before entering the front door and laying plastic down on the floors where needed to ensure a clean damage free space.
He removed the old toilet quickly and replaced it for the new one with ease.
I felt confident and relaxed that I could focus on work while he completed the job.
When he was done the bathroom was left spotless.
He made it look easy -and I’m sure it is not.

I had a water tank replacement/ installation with Angel this morning. It was a very professional process on my end. He was punctual, informative, and prompt with his work. He cleaned up his space when finished and was respectful of not dirtying my carpets. He even took the extra mile to assess my water pressure. I highly recommend Douglas Orr Plumbing!
Angel did an outstanding job of installing a Moen Flo meter for our new residence. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. He had to replumb a complicated system to install the meter and it turned out better than it was before. See before and after photos. Great work Angel!

After multiple failed attempts of trying to get my bathtub in the master bathroom to work, I got fed up for the fourth time and decided to call Douglas or plumbing. Douglas or plumbing was kind enough to send Angel their service technician out to take a look at our issue. He ended up finding multiple issues with the previous installation and was able to get our bathtub up and running. Even though I am happy with the services provided by Angel overall I am not very happy with the services provided by Douglas Orr Do you want Has this has been an ongoing issue for multiple years now. The technician ended up finding that there were components in the previous installation that were not even compatible with a bathtub Installation. Like I mentioned above, I am going to give the technician five stars for his services and his efforts but overall, I am not very satisfied with the previous services I’ve had with Douglas Orr plumbing
