From the initial phone inquiry to the finished product, I can’t say enough good things about Dreyer’s! Courteous, professional, informative, punctual and incredibly detailed and efficient cleaning of my natural linen sofa plus 2 oversized chairs—first time cleaning since purchasing 8 years ago!! They are immaculate and look amazing!! Our technician was incredibly knowledgeable about fabrics & proper cleaning techniques and had such a friendly engaging personality. I’d recommend Dreyer’s to anyone who wants reasonable, professional and quality carpet/upholstery cleaning services! Sad I was limited to 5 stars!

Dreyer’s did an excellent job coming out to our home quickly. Chris also did an amazing job cleaning two rooms along with a mattress. The only complaint I have is that Chris told me the amount of the service, I then wrote him a check. Immediately after issuing him the check the amount when up $50.00 due to a trip charge. Barbie told me the amount of the service before Chris came with I was okay with the price. I had to write another check to cover the trip charge. If I had known about the charge I would not have used them. Please in the future disclose trip charges $50 is a lot of money. This would have been a five star review other than the $50 up charge.
Barbie called me first thing this morning and took off the $50.00 trip charge. She was gracious and she made me very happy. Everything worked out perfectly and now FIVE STAR REVIEW!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you!😊
So glad I went with Dreyer’s to clean my carpets before moving out! John did such a thorough and great job and was able to get all of the stains out! What stood out even more to me though is what a kind, professional, and outstanding person he is! He introduced himself and shook hands with all of my family that was present and made sure that any of his equipment was out of the way as we were still moving. Overall, Dreyer’s is prompt, affordable, and a company I’d definitely recommend!
This was my first time hiring Dreyer’s, and they did not disappoint. John and team arrived right on time and were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job too. My carpet looks basically brand new again, and the rooms smell fresh. It was very easy to book an appointment too. Highly recommend!
