I purchased this service a few weeks ago and it has produced absolutely no results that were promised. This company has not followed through on its promise to eradicate my rat problem. They simply put out six rat traps and change the bait once never came back to check to see if they were successful or to find another solution. They did send someone to try to sell me more product solutions at a ridiculously high price. The goal is to make Money not to follow through on their promises of removing Pest. I will continue to fulfill my contract. For one year and let everyone know that this company is a shame and they are only in it to make money not to remove Pest. If I could give zero Negative stars my wood.
Everything about this place is great! The price, the service, and the customer care team are all top notch. As a landlord, I have had to use pest services over the years at my rentals, and Earthwise is the best service I have ever used. The products they use are environmentally sound and the technicians are always on time and really nice and polite. Give them a try; you won’t be disappointed 😉
A very attentive and easy to get an appointment. I heard skittering in my roof and they were out to my house to start the process in like three days!! They’re going above and beyond by working with both me and my landlord. I’m sure this could be a little obnoxious, but they are still so kind, professional and swift! We’ve been using them for years and they are definitely our only Pest folks!!

Earth wise Pest, and Seth in particular are awesome. He is polite, lets you know when he is coming and always checks with us if we are having any pest problems. We have never had any issues with the company and feel their prices are fair.
