We had some ceiling damage in the kitchen and called Eastman for an inspection. Ramon was out within a couple of days and quickly spotted the likely problem… some second floor flashing that had lifted away from the roofline. He also identified potential issues, with a crack on the roof ridge, tape coming off some pipe jacks, and loose counter-flashing around the chimney. Some of these I would never have found myself due to them being virtually inaccessible to an amateur. The work was scheduled for up to a few weeks in the future due to the busy winter season, but they were out within a week or so. The repair folks sent photos of all work as soon as it was completed, and Ramon was very responsive with some follow up work to install some maintenance grates to prevent gutter back up. Prices were as quoted and seemed very fair. We would recommend Eastman Roofing quite highly for their quick and thorough work.

A fantastic experience from the beginning to the and beyond. From the initial estimate and survey, professional proposal which caught details not mentioned by other roofing companies, to working with the same dedicated on-site project manager throughout the process who surveyed the project and corrected the solar panel installer’s installation (I think roofers should attach solar panels after this experience), to dealing with hiccups along the way and staying on schedule and on budget. We finished before the first rain and we love looking at our new roofing every day and hopefully for the next 50 years! The thank you card was very thoughtful afterwards and the whole team from Jim, Linda, the office, the same on-site project manager, and accounting all worked seamlessly and communicated well with each other, the city inspectors and the solar panel contractor and other issues. A first class operation from beginning to end, you feel like Jim has built a company that has seen and done it all and with the experience to make the project flow seamlessly with all details covered and you well feel very confident your roof is well built and will last and that you made the right choice with no regrets.
They completed the work in good time. The workman was friendly, answered all my questions, cleaned up when the job was completed. I would recommend this company.
