After going over the carpet upon completion, it was obvious that it was not very clean. The stairs were wet like normal, but the outside part of the stairs were almost dry. I paid, but wasn’t happy. After drying it was obvious that a couple key areas were still dirty. He promised to come back and correct this morning and never showed up and didn’t respond to my text inquiry. I feel sorry for those that would feel obligated to pay the ridiculous amount he initially quoted. When I called the company about my complaint they said they have no owner or manager I can talk to and hung up. I am also going to file a complaint with the better business bureau.
