Vontre was amazing. He was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. When he arrived, he introduced himself and explained what his plan of action was for the day. We walked the perimeter of the home, and he pointed out areas that he would focus on. He visited all the external rodent traps and said they would be cleaned. He let me know that he had concluded and that I should re-lock all the gates. Vontre is a true ambassador to the company.
I was walking my dog in MarVista in Los Angeles and ran into Quinton going door-to-door. Luis at Ecoshield did a great job for me today! He had to climb a ladder and crawl into my attic to spot treat termite sites. He was efficient, thorough, and very conscientious of cleaning up after and making the termite site clean of droppings….(which the last company neglected to do).
