Mr Kreager is very professional and thorough . He listens to his customers and has a vast knowledge of all things plumbing. His workmanship is outstanding. Mr Kreager worked with us for several months during a complete renovation of our house. All of the plumbing and fixtures had to be repaired or replaced. He installed the fixtures for two full bathrooms, laundry room, a water heater, ice maker, dishwasher, and kitchen sink.
I called Mr. Kreager earlier this week and told him my elderly parents had a toilet that was improperly installed, unsafe, and wobbling. Despite his busy schedule, he made it to my parents house within a day fixed the issue. My parents said he was extremely kind and professional. Mr. Kreager asked my dad to shake the toilet but it wouldn’t move. It was finally properly installed and solid. I would highly recommend his services if you’re in need of a plumber.
Ed arrived on time and took the time to figure out my issue and resolved everything promptly and within a reasonable price.
Ed spent 3 work days at our house replacing plumbing that had been messed up for 20 yrs. He is very knowledgeable and precise. He listened to me and explained everything he was doing. Also he took time to help me fill out home warranty paperwork so I can claim it. I’ll be calling him everytime we have a plumbing issue from now one
Absolutely the best repair plumber I have found for years! Mr. Ed is by-the-book, he does plumbing RIGHT, not FAST. We had a last minute emergency need and he made room in his schedule to fit us in. I’ll call him every time!!!!!
