I strongly recommend Elegant Rug Cleaning without hesitation. My old area rug which I inherited from my parents looks completely new after the rug cleaning. Peter is very knowledgeable and extremely patient. I had him pick up my rug before my remodel which took longer than expected. Peter was very understanding when I couldn’t have my rug back until the remodel was completed.
I had 8 rugs cleaned varying from wool pile, Afghan, Persian, Indian, Turkish, Berber, etc. from our travels, 2 of which were unraveling. Peter was great at communicating throughout the process and returned them in pristine condition. So happy with the results. Wish I knew about them sooner. Can’t believe I waited so long to get them done like this. They all look like new and the pickup and delivery including reinstall was above and beyond any expectations.
OMG! I am so pleased with the service from Elegant Rug Services. I have a rug that I inherited from my Mom and it means the world to me. My dog, poor baby, vomited on it and I panicked. I threw every chemical at it. Long story short, I ruined it. I was the problem. Peter came to look at it and thought he could help. He and his team gave it a thorough cleaning first. The stain was stubborn so the restoration team actually dyed the stain and it is 99.9% perfect. The rug looks brand new. The price was very reasonable and very fair. Peter even said that if I wasn’t happy, I would not have to pay for the dyeing. Needless to say I was very pleased with the job they did. Also, all of this took only two weeks. I can not recommend them enough. I would not trust my rugs to anyone else.
