We recently hired Moe to come out and do a consultation to help us figure out how a mouse had gotten into the basement of our home. He was absolutely fantastic. Moe clearly understands the science behind pest behavior and how to actually prevent them from getting in, not just throwing down some glue traps and spraying chemicals everywhere. He was so patient, personable and thorough we felt we got so much value for the service I wanted to write a review for others to see. If you are having an issue, call Moe! He can actually help!
Moe is just a gem! We had a small wasp nest forming on our fence in our backyard. We called Moe, and he was able to come out in the morning two days later. He let us know when he was on his way (firmly in the window he gave us, which most know, many vendors do not hold to their time, so it was greatly appreciated) and was very prompt. He immediately got to work! Moe let us know that since the nest was so small and he didn’t need to do much, he wouldn’t charge us! We were so appreciative. He quickly removed the nest, sprayed it so the wasps would not return, and gave us tips on items we could purchase to prevent the wasps from building a new nest. In a day and age where excellent customer service is rare, Moe is at the top! Elite Pest Defense has a life-long customer in us now. The professionalism and knowledge are top-notch!

Moe and his team are THE BEST! I’ve used Elite Pest Defense to rid my house of mice and wasps. They are very knowledgeable about the biology and behavior of household pests and I’ve learned so much from them as they explain the how and why of the treatments they do. Incredible service and business! I connected with Moe on Wednesday and he was here by Friday morning. He conducted a thorough inspection of our home (inside and out) and was so informative. He took photos of the entry points we need to address, was incredibly affordable, and even brought his own shoe covers to wear inside the house (which I appreciated!) Highly recommend him if/when you need support with mice or anything else he supports on his website !
