I hired Equinox Roofing to do a total replacement of my roof and gutters in October under an unusually tight timeline and they planned and executed the job flawlessly! Eli, the project manager was such a great partner throughout the entire process. When I initially spoke with Eli to get quoted, what really stood out to me was that he really spent the time to educate me about my various options and did not try to upsell me on anything or take advantage of a novice unfamiliar with construction projects such as these. He took his job very seriously and was straightforward and upfront about all aspects and also being very realistic on what was achievable to help manage expectations. But he remained very customer centric throughout to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction. Eli also ensured lines of communication were open always as he managed the project closely. The crews were skilled and efficient and remained open to any feedback or adjustments needed as the project progressed. They also used quality materials, and it shows in the finished product. My roof is absolutely gorgeous! When I saw the aerial photos taken and compared to the before (shingles peeling off and rotting boards), I could not believe how sharp it now looked! While my siding is pretty shabby and needs repair as well, the change in the roof and fascia boards has really made a difference. They are not the lowest cost option around, but as many have stated in the other reviews, you get what you pay for. Equinox roofing does quality work, you feel supported as a client, and it is evident in the finished product. Thank you so much Eli and team for doing a beautiful job and putting my mind at ease! Starting any home improvement project can be very daunting, especially if it’s your first time. I had never undertaken any project this big before, so I was really nervous and not sure how to start. But I’m so glad that I chose the folks at Equinox to help me with my re-roofing project. Even from the very beginning, when I was going out for bids, I already had a good feeling about them. Doron, our project manager, was super informative and thorough about the services they would provide and materials they’d let me choose from, and of all the companies I sought quotes from, he was also the most up front about how the process would work, which really helped me feel at ease. They were also the quickest in providing me a response and quote. In terms of price, their estimate was also the most reasonable. All in all, I was pretty confident Equinox was the right decision for me.

Once the work started, they were very flexible and communicative, which helped because I wasn’t at home when most of the project was taking place. Additionally, my roof is super steep and tricky, but the team handled the project expertly. The workers were prompt, quick, and efficient. I am very satisfied with the final result. Everything looks great, and I’m comforted by the warranty provided. The most important thing for me, though, was the friendly and caring service. I really felt comfortable during the whole process, which means so much because of how overwhelming the project felt at the start. I know I’ll be recommending Equinox Roofing to any family and friends I know who might be looking to get work done on their roofs.
