Don at Evolution Deep Clean rocks! I had a spot on my carpet that came back up and he came back to take care of the issue without hesitation. They provide quality carpet cleaning service and are very professional. Plus, he has a super nice personality and we had some great conversations. Don was amazing! I have used him not only at my home but also at my work location. He is very professional and very reasonable! The one thing I loved the most was the dry time was amazing! My carpets have not been cleaned for a year…. and with 6 young ones under the age of 10… you could only imagine! They look brand new! I WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE!
From my initial phone call to job completion, I was treated courteously and professionally. I received a reasonable and accurate phone quote for their services, the work was scheduled for the day I requested and the cleaning crew arrived on time. Due to Hurricane Irma, our house had sustained water damage and required extensive mold remediation and reconstruction (which left layers of drywall dust). Don and his assistant did an excellent job of deep cleaning our carpet and upholstered furniture. Per my request, he also emailed me a detailed invoice and “paid in full” notation before he left, to facilitate my insurance claim. I will definitely use their services again.
