Do you know that rare feeling when you have to pinch yourself that a person or company so good exists in today’s world? That’s John and Faithful Roofing. With a closing next Tuesday, John and his crew shoveled snow off the roof proactively with one day’s notice and got the job done. Real estate contracts are, well, contracts, and so moving dates and deadlines and closings is a big deal. A tip of my hat to John and his crew for once again making me look good, but more importantly, for creating as little stress as possible for both the seller and the buyer. Faithful Roofing did an outstanding job handling our roof repair after a hailstorm last year. John Stevens did a great job assessing the damage and working with insurance to ensure the roof was completed on time and that the equivalent quality materials were used and covered by insurance. If I ever have damage again, they will be the first contractor I call.
