Excellent company to do business with. Had to have a new water heater installed. Office was very helpful in scheduling an appointment to work with my schedule. Ray called me the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival, Ray took the time to explain all the work that would be needed to be done and the features of my new Rheem hybrid water heater. Would definitely do business with them again.
The Fast Az team showed up quickly and set right to work. They were able to locate and fix my leak in under an hour. The two gentlemen who came out were nothing but professional and took great care in explaining everything going on and what they did to fix my leak. Their prices were extremely fair for the work that they did and I will definitely be using this company for everything plumbing related going forward!
Awesome customer service!! Very knowledgeable of the installation of my gold goose-neck kitchen faucet. Very neat & cleaned up the work area upon completion.
I left a message on Saturday as non emergency and got a call back early Monday morning. Robert & Josh were out to diagnose and solve the problem.
