I had an amazing experience with carpet cleaning! The technician, Roger, was incredibly thorough and paid attention to every detail, truly showing pride in his work. As someone who loves cleanliness, I was impressed when he identified and cleaned spots I hadn’t even noticed before. He used special tools for a more precise clean and rinsed everything extra well. Honestly, it’s fantastic! My carpet has never looked this good, and the fresh scent is just delightful! I’m so thrilled that the big stain by my front door is completely gone! Great job!
Had an amazing experience with this carpet cleaning service! I can’t praise them enough. I called and was greeted with very friendly service over the phone, and they managed to schedule me for a same-day appointment. They kept me informed about their arrival time and did an exceptional job while respecting our home. The transformation of our carpets was so impressive that we decided to have the rest of the house cleaned too. Jorge and Leonard were a delight to work with and we’re thrilled that San Francisco was on their route. Their service was friendly and we’ll certainly call on them again. For any property managers in need of move-out cleans, I can’t recommend them enough due to the significant improvement they made to our carpets.
I used Finest San Francisco Carpet Care a couple of years ago when I moved into my new home. There’s no reason to have dirty carpets in a new place, right? I was satisfied enough back then to ask them recently to pick up 10 area rugs for a re-clean. The environment here can be quite dusty, and I’ve accepted that I need to clean more often than I did before. The service was courteous and professional, and the prices were fair. I even got a mini tour of their facility, and the space and equipment clearly showed they could handle my rugs well (including antique Persian wool, Indian silk and wool, camel hair, and even polypropylene). And they did an excellent job – twice now! It’s great to see that they are still maintaining the same high standards!
i can’t begin to express how much we appreciated their work, their kindness, and their professionalism. Every single aspect about this carpet cleaning company was incredible! Our two-story house was flooded by our washing machine, leaving a massive mess. But, they handled it all. No delays, no unexpected expenses, and their work was nothing short of amazing! From roger who came in to dry the house, to jorge who shampooed the carpets, everyone was professional, amazing, and kind. I’m truly grateful our insurance connected us with such a great team for carpet cleaning. They managed to handle such a huge job in time for us to host a large Thanksgiving gathering. I am extremely pleased with the service I received. They were on time and took the time to explain everything before starting the carpet cleaning. My carpets look fantastic! I originally purchased a Groupon and later got a confirmation email detailing the service and the size of the areas. It mentioned that one room or area is defined as 10 by 15 feet or smaller; my living room is larger, but they completed the job without any extra charges. It might be helpful for this information to be shared on the Groupon site to avoid confusion in the future. Overall, I’m very satisfied, and the two professionals who came were kind and skilled. I will definitely use their services again!
