Only company I’d recommend or use!!! Called Bob (owner) three years ago to replace our original hot water heater (2005). The crew that installed our tankless three years ago, two of those guys did our last two annual flushes! It’s always a pleasure talking to them and that they remember us. Speaks volumes to retain your wonderful team! Just scheduled this year’s with Bob via text. Still a very personal touch. Customer service goes a long way. He was nice and informative from the first call. So glad we talked to our neighbor and got Bob’s number three years ago! (Other calls, that were referrals, not so great)
I can’t say enough good things about Bob and his crew. I reached out to him when another local company (that I had been using for decades) raised their prices significantly. I’m so glad they did! Bob and his team are honest, professional, punctual and incredibly fair in their pricing. I highly recommend!!
What a great team of people. Honest, trustworthy and realistic. High quality repairs. Even tell you when you can postpone a repair. Highly recommend because they are fair, great value and don’t up sell or over sell their service. You can trust them!
