I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Fix It 24/7. I recently had a brand-new AC unit, water heater, and furnace installed, which has not worked properly since day one. I’ve had to reach out to them multiple times, but the furnace still isn’t functioning as it should.
On top of that, they installed the water heater and, in the process, cut the furnace drip line, leading to water leaking into two neighboring units. Despite knowing about this issue, they still haven’t inspected the other units for hidden water damage or completed repairs to restore the integrity of the concrete that was damaged by the leak.
This has been an ongoing, stressful experience with ZERO accountability on their part. I’m highly concerned about the potential long-term damage caused by their carelessness. I would not recommend FIX IT 24/7 based on my experience.
Steven was professional and helpful. He answered all my questions, showed me where repairs were needed, and clearly explained options. He showed me pictures of completed work as well after taking time to fully service my units. I really appreciated his kindness, expertise, and thoughtful responses.
Shawn took care of checking electrical systems in my home. He also clearly explained what he was doing. On top of that service, he also changed batteries in smoke detectors in high places as well as a light bulb in a precarious location. So helpful and went beyond what I expected. Another professional who assisted me in keeping my home safe.
