Our company has a gas leak and needed to get multiple estimates. I found Flood Brothers on Google and called them as they had great reviews. Our technician was Brenden he was very thorough and professional he kept me in constant communication involving changes in the schedule. He also got me the estimate timely which had been an issue with some other company’s. We haven’t made a final decision, however I would not hesitate to contact Flood Brothers should I have other plumbing issues in the future.
I had a sewage back up at my rental property which required immediate service. I looked for a plumber on Yelp and found Flood Brothers Plumbing. I called and in less than an hour Technician Brandon K. arrived and quickly cleared the overflow in the courtyard area. Brandon K. was very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and clearly explained everything. He provided pictures and videos taken with the drain camera and even returned the following day to follow up. I got a quote at a very reasonable price to replace the existing cast iron main sewer drain. I have worked with a handful of plumbers and companies before and I will only use Flood Brothers Plumbing moving forward because of my experience with Brandon K.
Our experience with Phillip was great. On time, communicated well, explained what needed to be done, and made us feel comfortable. I do think the pricing was a bit high compared with what needed to be done. The parts were probably under $100.00. The total bill was $1800 for about 1.5 hours of work, Phillip did need another helper to remove 2 toilets, but the other 2 were just replacing the supply lines. Anyway I think this is a great company, but pricing is on the higher side.
Philip, the technician who visited, could not have been more punctual, polite and knowledgeable. 5 stars for him. Unfortunately, the quote I got from Flood Bros. was about $400 higher than the two other quotes I got. The other companies were much smaller than Flood Bros., so maybe that had to do with it. Alas, I don’t plan on going with Flood Bros. for this job.
After having dealt with some plumbers that we did not feel like we’re very honest it was refreshing to work with Mike and Giulio from Flood Brothers! They were professional, fast, and extremely responsive. We had the entire horizontal and mainline replaced, and they did it very quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend.
