Flow Right Plumbing and Heating is fantastic! Their team is professional, friendly, and always on time. They made scheduling easy and got the job done quickly without cutting corners. Everything was left spotless, and their service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for reliable plumbing and heating work!
Our water heater began leaking, we were concerned it was going to completely break and leave water everywhere. We called the office and they sent Greg Tisdale out that day to assess the situation. Greg worked up a quote and got back to us the following day. Once we decided to have them do the work they responded quickly and professionally. Crystal scheduled us immediately, she dispatched plumber Brian S.
In less than three hours Brian emptied our old heater, removed it, and installed new one. He left the area neat and clean, and was extremely nice to work with. Thank you Flow Right.
I had such a great experience with Flow Right last week! I called with an emergency (a burst pipe) and Ken was able to come very shortly after I called. He very efficiently solved the problem, was extremely pleasant and polite, AND the total cost was way less than I was expecting given that it was an emergency situation. I’m very grateful for Ken’s expertise and speedy arrival during a very stressful time. Thanks so much!
I have used Flow Right on a few occasions and their work has always been exceptional. I did have a billing issue once; however, Greg with Operations took very good care and sorted it out promptly once he learned about it. Very professional and very polite. Would recommend!
Edit : you have serviced before under warranty as the invoice stated a 30 day warranty which is why you came out two weeks after installation due a head unit not being leveled and condensation leaking into the house. You also came out week and half ago and since it was serviced by FR it has completely stopped working. Therefore FRs responsibility to fix it as it was working to some performance. Now it doesn’t work at all. The code came on immediately after your manager left. Now you are refusing to fix the issue you caused. Frankly my husband has nothing to do with this but you are refusing to make it right due to your conflict with him.
They installed a mini split unit back in August which they had to come back out a few weeks later as the system wasn’t level. Recently I had to call them back out as since fall my unit has been entering defrost mode, and throwing a pc03 error, it has not been working properly but was doing something. They finally came out this past week after no showing / no calling for appointments since Black Friday. Once they came out to service it my unit has stopped working all together and won’t stay on, throws a pc02 code and blows out no heat at all now. The code came on immediately as the tech left and they refuse to come back out and fix it. This is a brand new system, they are not cheap, and now my unit doesn’t work at all. The next morning it was 9 degrees outside. My kids and I were freezing. They still refused to come out without additional charges. The system ran and worked a little prior to them touching it. Now it doesn’t work at all. It’s been almost a week now. This is not good business let alone when I paid over 4k for labor to get this installed. I asked that they make this right and fix the issue they caused. They over charged the unit when the service manager came to add refrigerant because it was low originally. Which is why it is now throwing the new codes. They installed a mini split unit back in August which they had to come back out a few weeks later as the system wasn’t level.
