Jerry Lacasse with Formula Roofing is amazing! We’ve had FR do 2 roofing projects for us so far. We live out of state, but own some rental properties and Jerry was willing to come up to Fort Collins to meet and negotiate with insurance adjusters both times, making the projects super smooth. The roofs look amazing and projects were completed very fast. I highly recommend this company – very professional, drop my name to Jerry and tell him that I sent you. First off, Sage and Andrew of Formula Roofing/Custom Tile Roofing kept us apprised of their arrival time. They quickly and expertly replaced the broken concrete tile. They were very knowledgeable and thus did a thorough review/inspection of our roof identifying what was working well and what areas to watch for moving forward. We will be using them for periodic inspections going forward…like most things, preventative maintenance pays off in the long run. We highly recommend using Formula Roofing/Custom Tile Roofing.

They did an excellent job replacing my roof. They use quality impact resistant shingles and have an excellent team and workmanship and were able to get our roof approved including an app that showed hail damage on a specific date.
My Project Manager Jonathan Emanuel was exceptional, polite, respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. He was outstanding seeing the project from start to finish. He jumped through hoops to get project completed timely. he even met with me on his day off.

The Project Manager, Tony, is an awesome guy who is very skilled in his trade and did an excellent job at cleaning up the site at the end of every day and when the project was completed, the place was spotless. On top of all this, they saved our clients a fortune by being able to save and match the existing roof tiles! Great company to work with!
