Shane Frans practical and creative solutions made our new shower more functional and beautiful! We had remodeled just two years ago and were already having problems with leaks and the materials already failing and looking worn. Shane redesigned the configuration of the shower so we no longer need a glass door. We love it! I highly recommend Shane for his knowledge, creativity, skill and integrity.

Most honest plumber I have ever met. Just a solo guy doing fantastic professional plumbing work. I can’t believe that people like this still exists. He will be my go to plumber in the future. The guy is super kind and knows his profession well.
Shane is awesome! My parents very old AC was not blowing cold air and the home warranty contractor did not know how to work on the unit. I called Shane on a Friday night and he came over the next morning and got everything running great. He could have easily sold us a newer unit but said that the one they have is good and there is no need to replace it.
Shane was quick to respond for a drain cleaning and an ac tune up. He was highly recommended on Next Door and he’s local. He was very thorough and explained to me in detail everything he was doing. Very personable and respectful, he is now my go to ac/heating and plumbing company. Will recommend him to all my family and friends!
