Loved the technician Angel – I personally used FreshDry twice, the very first cleaning, prices were great, as they should have been just for cleaning area rugs. I set the rugs outside, all rugs were vacuumed and ready to be cleaned before the technician arrived.
A few months later, I called FreshDry once again to schedule an appointment to clean additional area rugs. NO ONE EVER ARRIVED – Needless to say, it did not go go well. The technician never arrived as planned. I waited several hours, called multiple times to see if FreshDry was in-fact still planning to show-up to clean the area rugs. Keep in mind I had to drag each of the heavy area rugs outdoors on my own, which is not an easy task. After the third call I spoke to the technician who was unaware of the scheduled appointment that day in addition I made the appointment with the owner, who never notified him of the job on that day. I had a bad feeling about rescheduling, however I thought I would give them a second chance knowing the first visit went so well. The second and final visit was double the cost of what I was originally charged. I was told by the owner there must have been an error with the first cleaning but I was told I would be given a great price since it had only been months from the first cleaning also, I was a return customer and I was told I would be given a great discount. That never happened, I wound up paying an outrageous amount for three area rugs to be cleaned in a matter of 30 minutes. I will not be calling or using the same FreshDry out of Riverside again.

We’ve been using FreshDry carpet cleaning service for years and don’t plan on changing. The first time we had them at our house, someone had spilled orange soda on the carpet. I told the serviceman that I bet my boyfriend if the stain didn’t come out, I was getting new carpet. He apologized and said, “I’m sorry to tell you that you’re going to lose that bet’ and he was right! He got the stain out and it never came back. We’ve had numerous pets over the years that left multiple stains on the carpet for a variety of reasons and FreshDry comes through every time! They’re always on time, professional, friendly and the service has never wavered throughout the years. 5 big stars!

I highly recommend FreshDry. I knew my dry vent needed to be clean but with every day life I kept putting it off. Until today I was in my laundry room and the lint was everywhere on the wall, on the floor and piled in the back. I started to call around. No one can get me in until about a week out. My concern was my house catching on fire. FreshDry fit me in the schedule for same day and Mike the technician was wonderful. He explained everything and answered all my questions he even went over and beyond and cleaned up the lint in the laundry room. I will be using them to clean my sofas in the living room.
