Whenever I have questions, they are just a phone call away. Upon request, they will send one of the technicians to check on my lawn when there is an issue. They are always on schedule to serve my lawn. They are professional, transparent, and efficient.

Each service tech is amazing which is why we have continued pest control for nearly 12 years. So why only 3 stars? The very rude and snooty lady on the phone. When asked to speak with the owner, about a concern and her poor attitude, she made it very clear that she’s the owner’s wife.
So since moving, we have now established pest control with a competitor. Thanks to Kerry, Glen and Neal for all the years of great service. Good luck and best wishes to you.
It’s always a joy to see Glenn come on those special Mondays. He’s very thorough, always takes care of specific concerns that I have and He’s very knowledgeable. It’s always a joy to hear that his kids are doing very well in sports. I have had no problems with Gainesville Pest Co. for the past couple of years and I am looking forward to having them service my home for more years to come!
